Good morning traders, it’s Monday the 15th of June and time for today’s 15-06-2020 German DAX 30 analysis. It seems there is now faster growing fear of the second wave of Coronavirus outbreak. The Chinese national health authority announced 49 new cases of infection on Monday – after many weeks in which there were hardly any illnesses. The new outbreak had occurred on a Beijing wholesale market. This is creating a more risk-averse sentiment.
DAX 30 Review From Last Session
During the last session, we saw the DAX 30 hit a session high of 12175 and a session low of 11795 giving us a range of 380 points compared to the average daily range of 337. At the close of play last session, the market closed at 12018 which was 242 points above the 200EMA and 593 points above the 50EMA.
15-06-2020 DAX 30 ANALYSIS – Outlook and Bias
The DAX is currently Bearish.
The German stock market index is currently showing a progressive series of lower lows and lower highs. The trend defining level is currently 12175, so the market remains bearish below that level. In order for the market to remain bearish, we need to take out 11590. I will be looking to use the DAX trading strategy to provide some useful setups today.

Taking a look at the key levels to watch today, watch out for the previous session Point of Control (POC) at 11997 and the previous session Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) at 11990. The value area high (VAH) is currently 12053 and the value area low (VAL) is currently 11875.
