DAX30 INDEX TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Welcome to the DAX30 INDEX TECHNICAL ANALYSIS. Over the last couple of days, we have seen a pretty strong indication that there is a change of behaviour. The bullish trend of late has now finished because we have taken out the previous trend defining level of 12380.
We are keeping an eye on 12500 as they may turn out to be a potential shorting spot for traders, as price retraces some of its recent losses. Technically the market is now bearish below the recent highs of 12655.
Price action is currently around 12435 and hovering around the 50 daily EMA. We are already under the 200 EMA. I know some traders like to use these two moving averages, especially to watch when the 50 crosses the 200. But it’s unlikely that this will happen for some time, given the recent bearish change in behaviour.
